At 'Amazolou' we ensure the health of our breeding boys & girls are out priority. All cats are genetically tested for Polycystic Kidney Disease. This disease is incredibly common in cats of all breeds, but recent strides in genetic identification of the genes that cause this has resulted in most breeds of cats been able to be genetically tested via a swab and confirmed as to whether they carry the faulty gene that causes this now preventable disease. Please find a selection of the negative certificates that my kitties have received after testing.
